LIBERITAE, S.L. (hereinafter, (Liberitae") offers its customers the possibility of returning products purchased through its website www.liberitae.com or any of its international domains or subdomains (hereinafter, "the website") , in the maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days counting from the date of delivery, as long as said products are in the same state in which they were received, without having been used, and are duly protected and packed in their original box.
You can make the return by your own means, in which case only the shipping costs, if any, will be deducted from the refund of your order. In case of wrong shipment or defective product, Liberitae will make a full refund of the amount paid at the time of purchase.
You can also use the return label that you will find inside the package in your order or ask us to send you one by email. The cost of the return, which will be deducted from the refund, will depend on the country, as indicated in the following table:

Customers can use the return label that they will find inside the transport box, along with the return instructions to follow to make it effective.
In case of absence or loss of the label or return instructions, the customer must send an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number, reference of the items and reason for the return. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible with the label and relevant return instructions within 24-48 business hours following receipt of the request.
Liberitae will authorize refunds between 24 and 48 working hours following receipt of the package and verification of its content at our facilities. Such refunds will be made to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, reimbursement terms depend on the means of payment selected by customers, as well as the bank; in this sense, Liberitae is not responsible nor can it guarantee in any way the effectiveness times of the refunds, being the client the one in charge of reviewing the bank account associated with said means of payment, as well as contacting the bank entity responsible for it. .
Liberitae is not responsible for delays that may occur in transport due to the influx of merchandise traffic, customs procedures, or health, social, labor, legal, economic or any other issues that affect or may affect the delivery of returns to our warehouse.
These return conditions apply exclusively to orders made to Liberitae from its website, or any of its national or international domains or subdomains. For all those orders, or shipments, returns or claims derived from orders placed on electronic commerce platforms (hereinafter, "marketplaces"), the rules and conditions that they dictate will apply.
Liberitae reserves the right to modify, update, delete or replace, in whole or in part, these conditions for the return of its products. These conditions will be published and accessible to users of the website, indicating the date of the last revision.
